About
About Me
Hi! I’m Jiale Liu, a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science. My academic interests lie at the intersection of machine learning, graph neural networks (GNNs), and large language models (LLMs). I am passionate about exploring innovative ways to enhance model interpretability and applying these technologies to solve real-world challenges.
Academic Background
- Degree: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Institution: Huazhong Agricultural University
- Research Interests:
- Graph Neural Networks and their interpretability
- Integrating large language models with graph-based tasks
- Applications of AI in computational biology
- Research Advisor: I’ve been fortunate to conduct research under the guidance of Associate Professor (Zeyu Zhang). During my time in his lab, I discovered my passion for research and refined my academic interests. It was a truly rewarding and inspiring experience.
Projects
I have worked on various exciting projects during my academic journey. Here are a few highlights:
- Verbalized Graph Representation Learning: Developing interpretable models by leveraging textual descriptions for graph-based tasks.
- Multi-Omics Data Integration: Combining diverse biological datasets to uncover hidden patterns using machine learning techniques.
- Knowledge Graph Systems: Designing intelligent systems for enhanced data retrieval and visualization.
Beyond Academics
When I’m not immersed in research or coding, you’ll find me:
- Exploring new technologies and open-source projects.
- Writing blogs to document my learning journey.
- Watching movies and Japanese anime.
- Traveling to different places and embracing new cultures. I’ve had the privilege of visiting Xinjiang, Tibet, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, and many other unforgettable destinations.
